Comixpress is THE WORST printer I have ever come across IN MY LIFE! The books were flimsy, the ink would come off the cover on my hands, and they never sent 1/4 of my order and didn’t give a shit. They’re TERRIBLE.
I use 360 Digital Books. Their set up cost is a little high (especially if you make mistakes like I did) and the turn around time can be quite long, but all the books I’ve gotten from them came out wonderful! They have a lot of binding and paper options and will send you free samples if you ask. They still have my book on file so I can just re-order them anytime without having to set up the book again. The customer service is fantastic! For example, when I first printed my book, I didn’t understand how CYMK printing worked and my cover proof came out purple! I emailed my rep about it and someone from the print shop called me personally to explain it to me so I could fix my files. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
