I got my first Graze box last week! It’s a UK based subscription for SNACKS. They just launched their US site and I was lucky enough to get an invitation. They’ve put a cap on invitations now so unfortunately I can’t give out my code (I already promised them to friends). But I thought I’d share my experience so that when they graduate from Beta mode, you’ll know what to expect!
My first box contained…
Bounty Hunter - My favorite so far! Tart dried cranberries, big coconut shavings, and milk chocolate drops. Delish!
Hickory Smoked Nuts and Seeds - A little salty, but good! Contains almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. All of my favorites!
Orange and Ginger Flapjacks - Basically a fancy granola bar. This flavor is SO GOOD. Nice and chewy and sweet, but not too sweet.
Bonnie Wee Oat Bakes - Cute name! :-D I was a little leery of this one because onion marmalade sounds super weird, but it was surprisingly good. The crackers were cheesy! Yum!
I love snacks and I love this idea. It’s only $5 per weekly box and shipping is free! That’s $1.25 per snack which is super reasonable. They have nearly 100 snacks that all have a healthy benefit. You can also customize your experience by rating snacks so you’ll always get something you like. (I personally deleted all the ones that contain raisins. :-P Blek.)
I’m stoked that the snacks were actually yummy and can’t wait to get my next box. I’m going to try and ration it out better this time, but it’s hard when you want to try them all!
“The Disney animator (“Wreck-It Ralph”) made the exquisite hand-drawn work independently and out of his own pocket for about $25,000. It’s an artful riff on the Genesis story with Adam discovering the friendly canine companion in the Garden of Eden and complicating his relationship with Eve.”
I went out to the Whetstone Station with some friends last night to celebrate the success of my Kickstarter! YAY!
I was at the Whetstone a couple of weeks ago with my fiance. I was drooling over their Cider Glazed Pork Chop, but it was too expensive to justify at the time. So I said to my fiance, “If my Kickstarter is successful, I’m getting that pork chop!”
My Kickstarter reached its funding goal last night! I’m so incredibly grateful and humbled by your generosity. You have made one little fish very happy.
These three little lions are pretty happy, too. ;-)
Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I have big dreams for my small business and you have just made one of those come true. I don’t think I could ever thank you all enough for your pledges, for spreading the word, and most of all for believing in me.
My Kickstarter ends on Friday at 6:00pm EST. So there’s still time to get in on the fun and nab some cute rewards!
